The BlueRobotics O-Ring Flange – 100 mm (4″) is designed to create a high-pressure watertight interface by sealing to a tube on one end and to an end cap on the other. This versatile flange is compatible with both flat and dome end caps, as well as custom-made end caps, providing flexibility in various applications. Constructed from anodized aluminum, it features dual radial O-rings and a face seal O-ring to ensure reliable sealing under high pressure.

The flange incorporates a locking cord gland and an anti-rotation feature, enhancing its stability and security when attached to the tube. It includes PTFE locking cord and handles to firmly secure the flange, making it an integral component for watertight enclosure systems. The flange is specifically designed to work with watertight enclosure tubes that have precision machined features for seamless integration.

Internal mounting holes are provided to facilitate the secure attachment of internal components, such as the electronics tray used in the BlueROV2. This product is available individually, allowing for customization and configuration of complete watertight enclosures as needed.
